Performed Phase III construction inspection services related to milling, resurfacing, and overlays at various routes within Whiteside and Henry Counties in District Two. Work included providing construction supervision, inspection, and record maintenance, including job diary, daily quantities, field books, calculations, authorizations, pay estimates, and materials documentation. Also performed construction staking and earthwork surveys during staged construction.

Performed Phase III construction inspection services related to milling and resurfacing at various routes and counties within District Nine. Assisted the Resident Engineer and acted as Liaison Engineer to coordinate and schedule materials inspection with other consultant inspectors and the District's Materials staff to ensure adequate inspection. Also performed various documentation tasks as required throughout the project.

I-88 from Elkhorn Creek to US 30, Phase III Project, Whiteside County, Region Two, District Two

Performed Phase III engineering services for construction contract 64N01, including cold milling, pavement patching, and HMA resurfacing on I-88 from Elkhorn Creek to US 30, 0.4 mile west of the Lee County line. This contract also included expansion joint replacement, deck patching, concrete overlay, and miscellaneous bridge repairs on six (6) structures, along with demolition and removal of two (2) structures.

Performed on-site construction inspection, documentation of pay quantities and related forms for record keeping, Construction & Materials Management System (CMMS) documentation, onsite quality assurance material testing, submittal of pay estimates, and change orders, and all other work required to complete the project in a timely manner. Also performed tasks to ensure contractors complete the work in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Phase III Construction Engineering Add Lane Project, Franklin and Jefferson Counties, Region Five, District Nine

Performed Phase III engineering services to provide construction supervision, inspection, engineering layout, and record maintenance for the contract. This work included lane additions, bridge replacement, barrier wall, drainage structures, earth excavation and resurfacing of the existing lanes. Maintained records and submitted documentation of QA and material acceptance activities as required by the construction contract, department polices, and as directed by the department's supervising materials personnel in Region Five/District Nine.

Bulk Storage Facility

Oak Street

Performed construction inspection and documentation of contract quantities for the proposed construction of a bulk storage facility for Illinois American Water along Oak Street in Champaign. Prepared a weekly report of field conditions and project status to the client. Performed survey to locate as-constructed culverts and the existing storm water detention outlet structure. Documented the location of the connection of the NW interceptor sewer to the existing main sewer. Field located the existing electrical conduit and staked new water main installation. Prepared photo log of the detention basin outlet construction and connection to the NW interceptor. Conducted a final site walk through with the contractor and client and prepared final punch list.
